Clinton Case has conducted in-house corporate investigations for the past 15 years. Experienced at working with both Legal and Human Resources departments, he has investigated cases involving asset and fraud protection, ethics compliance, hostile work environment, discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliation. He has helped companies reduce liability and legal judgments, prevent employee theft, improve investigative practices, and meet regulatory standards. Case is licensed as a private investigator in both California and Florida.
Merri Mason is licensed as a private investigator in California and in Ohio. Her background includes numerous mitigation investigations on death penalty cases at the trial and appellate levels in both state and federal court. She also has expertise on civil rights matters involving housing discrimination, racial bias, and sexual harassment. In her nearly 20 years of investigative practice, Mason has investigated cases involving jury misconduct, medical malpractice, personal injury, products liability, and many other areas of civil litigation.
Cathleen Watkins has worked as a legal investigator for the past 12 years. Her experience includes workplace investigations of sexual harassment and discrimination allegations, investigations of fraud and misuse of public funds, and investigations of environmental violations. She has also written mitigation reports on behalf of criminal defendants facing sentencing. Together with Keith Rohman, Watkins developed "The Truth Matters"® training, a program for in-house investigators working in both the public and private sectors. Watkins has a degree in journalism from the University of Southern California. She is licensed as a private investigator in California.
